We would be happy to answer any other questions you may have at reception every day from 07:30 to 22:00.
Your room is ready from 14:00 on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 on the day of departure. Feel free to contact our SeeMOUNT team for an early check-in or late check-out. Please note that the gourmet board plus will end with the gourmet breakfast on the day of departure.
As our beautiful nature is close to our hearts, we support all those travelling in an environmentally friendly way by train with our SeeMOUNT pick-up service directly from Landeck station (pick-up service € 59,-).
There is free high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the resort. All information about the free Wi-Fi network can be obtained at check-in.
You can enjoy convenient parking in our spacious underground car park with direct access to the hotel. One parking space is allocated to each room. We also offer a valet parking service on request. We may ask you to leave your car keys at the reception for organisational reasons.
The prices are quoted as base prices per person for a stay of at least 7 nights in the respective season. We do, of course, also offer stays from Thursday to Sunday or from Sunday to Thursday.
The prices for additional beds are valid for two full-paying adults in the same room per night.

You can settle your bill on the day of departure from 7:30 or the evening before at our reception. Payments can be made in cash or by major credit cards. We accept debit cards, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard credit cards.
